Prepare this delicious Crock Pot Chicken a la King with boneless skinless chicken breasts, onions, red and green bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, butter, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, frozen peas, carrots, diced pimentos.
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in the Crock Pot.
Add diced onions, bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic. Place butter squares on top. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the Crock Pot.
Stir the ingredients in the Crock Pot, cover with the lid, and set to cook on LOW for about three and a half hours.
After the initial cooking, add frozen peas, carrots, and diced pimentos. Stir well.
Return the lid and let it cook on low for an additional thirty minutes.
