Experience culinary delight with this Shrimp Tortellini Alfredo. Gather cheese tortellini, butter, peeled and deveined shrimp, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, heavy cream, salt, pepper, shredded parmesan, fresh parsley, and lemon slices.
Cook cheese tortellini as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and minced garlic. Cook until shrimp turns pink and opaque. Remove cooked shrimp and set aside.
Add Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir, then pour in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, and stir frequently until the sauce thickens (approximately eight minutes).
Add cooked tortellini to the skillet. Stir until the tortellini is coated in the creamy alfredo sauce.
Stir in shredded parmesan until melted. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, incorporating them into the pasta.
Top the dish with fresh chopped parsley. Your Shrimp Tortellini Alfredo is now ready to serve. The rich, creamy sauce, with garlic and parmesan, perfectly complements the tender shrimp and pasta.
