Orange bell peppers, lean ground beef, sesame oil, snow peas, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, water, cornstarch, red pepper flakes, green onions, sesame seeds.
Dice orange bell peppers. Heat a skillet, add lean ground beef, crumble, and cook until fully browned. Transfer the cooked beef to a bowl and discard the grease.
Add sesame oil to the skillet. Increase heat, add snow peas and diced bell peppers. Cook until slightly tender but still crisp.
Return cooked ground beef to the skillet. Add grated ginger and minced garlic. Reduce heat to medium.
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, water, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes. Add the sauce to the skillet. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve this delectable Ground Beef Stir Fry over cooked white rice for a satisfying and quick weeknight dinner.
