Chopped bacon, lean ground beef, minced garlic, instant rice, condensed cheddar cheese soup, milk, ranch dressing mix, shredded Mexican cheese blend, green onions.
Cook bacon until brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Cook lean ground beef until fully browned, drain grease. Add minced garlic, then remove from heat.
Add instant rice to the skillet, followed by cheddar cheese soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix. Stir well. Add shredded Mexican cheese blend, green onions, and most of the bacon. Combine until creamy.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly. Cover with foil and bake for forty minutes.
After forty minutes, remove the dish from the oven, uncover, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Add the remaining bacon pieces. Return to the oven until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Rest the casserole for a few minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Serve this hearty Cheesy Ranch Ground Beef and Rice Casserole.
