Butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, beaten eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, a 9-inch store-bought pie crust, and mini marshmallows.
Start by placing the sweet potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet. Pierce each potato with a fork and bake until tender (approximately one hour).
Once baked, cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Peel the skin off and process the potato flesh in a food processor until smooth.
Transfer the sweet potato puree to a mixing bowl. Add softened butter and use an electric mixer to combine until smooth.
Integrate granulated sugar and brown sugar into the mixture. Add beaten eggs and continue mixing until fully combined.
Incorporate milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Place the pie crust in a pie plate on a baking sheet. Pour the sweet potato mixture into the crust, spreading it evenly. Bake until the crust is golden and the filling is set. Let it cool, top with mini marshmallows, and broil until toasted.
